Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you use ByteClub, including its website, accounts, and community features.
Using ByteClub
Use ByteClub lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your email address.
Do not use the service to threaten, harass, impersonate, exploit, or unlawfully target others; distribute unlawful or harmful content; violate another person’s rights; interfere with the service; or evade moderation or security controls.
Your content
You retain rights to content you post. You give ByteClub permission to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the features you choose, including feeds, profiles, and notifications. You can remove content through available features, subject to technical, safety, and legal retention needs.
Only post content you have the right to share. You are responsible for your content and interactions.
Moderation and availability
ByteClub may review reports and take action on content or accounts that violate these terms or put users or the service at risk. Actions may include removing content, limiting features, or suspending accounts. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops.
Accounts and termination
You may stop using ByteClub at any time. ByteClub may restrict or end access for serious or repeated violations, security concerns, or where required by law. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions about these terms can be sent through ByteClub’s available support or reporting channels.
These terms are a service-specific draft. The service operator should add its legal name, contact details, governing law, and any jurisdiction-specific consumer terms before treating this page as final legal advice.
